General Sales Rules in the Store

Buyer: An individual or legal entity purchasing goods or services on the website.

Goods/Services: Goods and services presented on the website, with descriptions, specifications, and prices indicated on each product page.

Price: Prices are indicated in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may be changed without prior notice; however, the price of an order already placed and confirmed remains unchanged.

Payment Terms

After placing an order, the Buyer receives an electronic confirmation of the transaction at the email address provided during checkout.

Payment upon collection at the store at Riga, Jurkalnes iela 44.

Bank transfer using the payment details provided on the invoice.

Online payment by bank card through the website.

Terms of Delivery of Goods or Services

Types of delivery:

Postal delivery.

Self-pickup from the store at Riga, Jurkalnes iela 44.

Delivery time and cost:

Orders are normally shipped within 48 hours after payment has been received.

Delivery time depends on the recipient's address and may range from 1 to 30 days.

Delivery costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process.

Delivery restrictions:

We do not accept or ship orders to the Russian Federation or the Republic of Belarus.

The Seller also reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where the sale, payment, shipment, or delivery would violate applicable European Union sanctions, trade restrictions, or other applicable laws and regulations.

Return Policy

Return request submission: The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. To exercise this right, the Buyer must send a withdrawal request by email to info@tcarparts.eu with a detailed description of the request.

Return address: Goods must be returned to: Riga, Jurkalnes iela 44.

Return period: The Buyer must return the goods to the Seller within 14 days from the date on which the withdrawal request was submitted.

Return costs: The Buyer bears the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed with the Seller.

Exceptions for returns: Products made to order, products that have been used, or products that cannot be resold due to damage caused after delivery may not be eligible for return, except where otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

Refund Policy

Refunds are made within 14 days from the date the Seller receives the returned goods, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

The refund is made using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed with the Buyer.

Order Cancellation Policy

The Buyer has the right to cancel an order before it has been shipped by notifying the Seller by email or phone.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the applicable return procedure must be followed.

Dispute Resolution Rules

Any disputes or disagreements arising from the execution of these terms should first be submitted to the Seller by email at info@tcarparts.eu. The Buyer should describe the issue in sufficient detail to allow the Seller to review the matter.

If no agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Latvian and European Union legislation by the competent authorities or courts of Latvia.
